Please Note: The Bluegrass Apparel Market is a B2B wholesale, order-writing trade show and not open to the public.  Admission is limited to qualified, registered retail buyers only.

Admission requires verification of your business. Your store and buyer information will be reviewed and stored in our database.

📋 Bring to the Show: A copy of your current sales tax license and a photo of your store front are required to complete registration.
You may also register in person at the show.

REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

To qualify for entry, each business must provide the following:

1. Current Sales Tax License

   • All attendees must be verified re-sellers.

   • Present an original or cell phone photo of your current sales tax license at check-in.
     
     

2. Proof of Business Type (choose one):

   • Brick & Mortar: Photo of your store front with visible signage.

   • Online Store: Functioning website with shopping cart.

   • Facebook Sellers: Proof of active sales via Facebook Live, groups, etc.
     
     

3. Two Transactional Documents

   • Must show transactions in your business name (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, lease agreements, utility bills, or business checks).

   • Business cards are not accepted.
     
     

4. Buyer Verification

   • All buyers registered to your store must show photo ID and proof of employment or affiliation (W-2, 1099, or business card).
     
     

ATTENDING FUTURE SHOWS

Once verified, your store remains qualified for future markets. You may:

• Pre-register online before each show, or
  
  

• Check in at the Welcome & Registration Desk to pick up your badge(s). 

Badges must be worn at all times. Buyer profiles are periodically reviewed, and an updated sales tax license may be required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Order-Writing Show Only: No cash-and-carry sales permitted.

• Trade-Only Event: Admission limited to qualified retail buyers.

• Children: While we love them, please do not bring children to the show.

• Online Registration Deadline: Closes seven business days before each show. In-person registration is always available.
